What happens when I make a reservation?

Once you complete your booking with Flecab airport transfer in Slovenia, the details of the booking are sent to us electronically and we will make the appropriate arrangements as per your request. You will receive an email confirming your booking within 10 minutes of completing the booking process.

 

What does the cost of transfer include?

The cost includes route from point A to point B, waiting at the airport, gasoline, road tolls, if any on the route. Also in the price include all taxes and fees. Unless stated otherwise, individual vehicles will accommodate up to tree passengers.

 

Do infants count?

Most vehicles can carry up to 3 passengers as stated above. For private transfers infants and children do count as one person. On request we can provide you infants seats to ensure adequate safety and to comply with local legislation. Please, provide us via a notes form a necessity of the infants seats.

 

How do I collect my transfer upon arrival?

Details of how to collect your transfer will appear on your booking voucher, which is generated automatically and is emailed to you once you complete your booking. In almost all circumstances your driver will be waiting for you and will be holding a sign with your name on it.

 

Transfer times?

The times quoted are the standard journey times on a normal day. These times may alter slightly in high season when there is more traffic or road works affect the direct route of the journey.

 

What happens if flight is delayed?

We monitor all our customers flights to ensure your driver is waiting for you, even if your flight is delayed.

 

How much luggage can I take?

Most transfer vehicles are able to accommodate one suitcase and piece of hand luggage per person. (Up to 3 passengers per vehicle, children and babies count as 1 person). If you are traveling with excess luggage for example pushchairs, wheelchairs, golf clubs, surfboards or any other out of the ordinary items, it is imperative we are made aware as extra charges maybe applicable. Failure to do so may result in additional charges incurred by the passengers locally.

 

Do I need to tip the driver?

The price paid does not include a tip. As is standard across the globe these days if you feel your driver has been friendly and courteous, then a small tip is the norm.

 

What happens if my flight or accommodation details change prior to departure?

If your details change prior to departure, simply log into our website using the login details provided and amend the details accordingly, or send us an email at iflecab@gmail.com and we’ll make the changes for you and forward you an amended confirmation email. You can also contact us via online chat.

 

What happens if I cancel my transfer?

You may cancel your booking at any time. If you notify us more than 24 hours before your scheduled transfer you will receive a full refund. Passengers cancelling within 24 hours or their scheduled transfer will not receive a refund.

 

Insurance?

Our drivers hold full insurance. However we always recommend that passengers hold a valid travel insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

 

Last minute bookings?

Our website will allow you to book a transfer up to 24 hours prior to arriving in or departing Slovenia. If you need to book a transfer early then 24 hours, please let us know via email or on-line chat.
